OPTION 1: Send us a copy of your receipt with the DOO GRO item(s) circled. Please tell us which items you are requesting a refund for. Also, be sure the store name is imprinted on the receipt or write the name of the store name and address on the back of the receipt or on a separate sheet of paper. We reserve the right to request the unused portion be returned to us (hang on to the bottles until your receive your refund).
OPTION 2: If you do not have the sales receipt, send us the actual DOO GRO bottle/jar for which you are requesting a refund. Make sure the price tag is on the item or let us know which store the DOO GRO was purchased from. We will verify the price. We reserve the right to limit the number of items refunded to 3 if no receipt is presented.
NOTE: We will only issue one refund per product(purchase price only, tax excluded) per household. For example, if you have tried 3 different DOO GRO items and are now requesting a refund, we will gladly send you a full refund when you submit the proper information (see Option 1 or Option 2). If however you have used the shampoo and have purchased it 4 times and now you are requesting a refund, please understand, we would only be able to give you a refund for one shampoo.
